President Obama is playing a game of words to confuse the issue. He would like to stoke hatred for big corporations and to persuade you to agree to muzzle the speech of corporations that would speak out against candidates that support Cap and Trade and higher taxes. He calls these issues "common sense", but we know they will hurt the economy and cause companies to have to lay off workers.
We the people need to hear all of the information from both sides before an election.

In recent elections, most political ads sponsored by independent groups have favored Democrats. Labor unions and wealthy Democrats have sent millions of dollars to these groups, which tailored their advertisements to comply with now-void restrictions. Both unions and Republican-leaning groups such as chambers of commerce can now spend freely to promote or disparage candidates....

By a 60% to 27% margin, voters reject the notion that corporations and unions should be able to buy advertising to “influence elections.” However, by a 53% to 37% margin, voters believe corporations and unions should be able to buy advertising expressing their views on national issues....
Corporations and unions will still be prohibited from contributing directly to campaigns...
President Obama said the court ruling will make it impossible to pass what he considers “common sense legislation” on health care reform and the environment...
